All modules are in free beta now
One SaaS for the work behind your company.
BMGR.fi is Oivanto Business Manager: a modular company platform for risk, accounting, invoices, payroll, people and shifts, customers, NIS2/CER readiness, compliance and learning. Choose only the modules you need.
Beta is free now. Sign up during beta and get 50% off all modules for 6 months after beta.
Why BMGR.fi
Fewer separate systems. Faster daily work.
Business Manager keeps operational registers, workflows and public links in one place. A company can start with one module and grow into the same platform without another rollout.
AI on your terms
AI tools are coming, and they will always be opt-in.
BMGR.fi will introduce AI tools gradually in selected workflows. AI is always off by default: an organisation administrator separately chooses which AI features to enable, and no AI service is activated automatically. Your company data is not used to train AI models. If your organisation does not want to use AI, its BMGR.fi environment can remain 100% AI-free. Today's suggestions and automations are rule-based, and any external AI or MCP connection also requires separate setup and authorisation.
Why one platform
The same company data, less manual work.
BMGR.fi is not just a long module list. The value is that finance, risk, customers, contracts, learning and reporting use the same base.
Modules and price estimates
Check what each module includes and how the price scales.

| Module | Includes | Status | Self-employed | 2-20 | 21-100 | Over 100 |
|---|
Accounting includes Invoices, Expenses and Payroll. Invoices and Expenses, and Payroll, can also be chosen alone without Accounting.
